Pork Fried Rice

1/2 Cup Cooked Cubed Ham
1/2 Cup Green Onions Chopped
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 Table Spoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 Clove Garlic Minced
Dash Of Hot Sauce
4 Cups Cooked White Rice Or Brown
1/2 Teaspoon Table Salt
1/4 Cup Butter Or Margarine
1/4 Cup Fresh Snipped Parsley
1/2 Cup Fresh Snap Peas
1/2 Cup Carrot Chopped [optional]
1/2 Cup Water Chestnuts [optional]

Cooking Directions:
In a large skillet add butter and stir fry the onions, carrots and parsley for about 1-2 minutes, Until tender but still crunchy. Now add all the rest of the ingredients and stir or toss constantly until the rice is heated through and the snap peas are tender. This dish is best served with a pair of wood chopsticks.
