1 Pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Cut Into Strips
2 Cloves Garlic Minced
1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
1 1/4 Cup Cold Water
1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon Sugar
1 Package Mix Stir Fry Vegetables
Dash Of Fresh Cracked Pepper
2 Cups White Minute Rice
1/4 Cup Teriyaki Sauce [optional]
2 Tablespoons Of Jack Daniel's Whiskey [optional]
1 Pinch Of Salt [optional]

Cooking Directions:
In a large skillet heat oil on medium-high heat. Once oil is hot add in Chicken and minced garlic. Cook about 5-7 minutes. After chicken is done add in water, soy sauce, sugar and mixed stir fry vegetables, stir together and bring to boil. Stir in the rice and cover. Remove skillet from heat and let steam cook for 5-7 minutes. When done cooking fluff with a fork or rice spatula. Serve dish warm.
